OUR 5 STEP "RELATIONSHIP FOR LIFE" PROCESS IS GEARED TOWARD BUILDING COMPREHENSIVE USER ADOPTION

Phase 1: Project Preparation

A step-by-step approach to help prepare client businesses for culture-changing benefits, and organically implement and train those businesses to drive comprehensive user adoption for the full breadth and power of Motivity Solutions’ technology.

Phase 2: Installation

After all the client prerequisites have been submitted, our Implementation Services team will begin work on the actual installation. With access to client servers, we connect to the system of record and integrate key pieces of that data into Motivity. We configure the client site with the Business Intelligence components, activate system health alerts, and create the user logins.

Phase 3: Data Validation

With the loan data now flowing into Motivity, the Implementation Services team will confirm that all fields have been mapped correctly and the data is displaying as desired. To accomplish this, we have created four data validation checkpoints. First, we query the system of record to confirm the data given to us in the prerequisite phase is correct. We then execute scripts that return percentage mapping statistics for every field in order to quickly identify if a field is being under-utilized. After we build a Motivity report to match the client-provided data points, the team has a call with the client, and together we compare the system of record to the data in Motivity. Throughout this process, the client is given all validation results and signs off on each checkpoint.

Phase 4: User Adoption

The User Adoption phase begins with a comprehensive review of the site with the client project team and stakeholders. We then begin sending out e-delivered reports to predetermined user groups. Usage statistics are reviewed and our Client Services team will communicate these results to the client. When the desired usage is accomplished with the e-deliveries, we transition the user groups into the Motivity user interface. The user groups are given logins to the site, introduced to their dashboards, and trained on navigation and how to get the most from the Business Intelligence components they are seeing. Throughout the User Adoption phase, our team will teach the client some best practices for rolling out Motivity to the remaining user groups.

Phase 5: Transition to Support

With the site successfully rolled out to the organization, the implementation project is complete. Clients begin utilizing our extensive support system, which includes creating support requests, access to our Motivity knowledge-base forum, the ability to make feature requests, and the opportunity to talk with other Motivity clients through our Motivity User Group. A Client Services team member will continue to have regularly scheduled status calls with the client for the entire year following implementation. We will conduct site reviews, ascertain usage and conduct mentoring sessions. Clients are now also eligible to attend training webinars and our monthly onsite training sessions.
